Bonjour Nathalie, et merci de votre message!
Vous indiquez avoir subi une fuite d’eau au niveau de votre chauffe eau. Le plombier intervenant a du remplacer le chauffe eau car il était irréparable.
La facture d’eau est à votre charge, malgré la fuite, comme indiqué à l’article 7 de la loi 89 462 définissant les rapports locatifs, indiquant que le locataire doit:
“a) De payer le loyer et les charges récupérables aux termes convenus”
Ainsi, la facture d’eau est bien à votre charge.
